CANNOLI ROLL – Hot Roll Tool for H@shish Production

With the CANNOLI-ROLL from Black Leaf®, H@SH production using the hot roll method becomes easier than ever – in memory of Frenchy Cannoli, the H@SH legend.

The CANNOLI-ROLL is an oversized, very stable rolling pin made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass, which is filled on one side with hot water (80–90 °C). By rolling high-quality plant material on baking paper with light pressure, H@SH is created according to the Frenchy Cannoli method.

The warm pressing promotes a slight decarboxylation and optimally brings out aromas and active ingredients. Over time, the H@SH continues to mature – for an even more intense taste experience.
